Packaging

In processing your product for delivery, items will be neatly and carefully packed to increase their shelf life. Package may involve the use of nylon, paper, rope, and any other material needed to satisfactorily deliver your order.

 

Delivery Coverage Area

Delivery is currently within selected region in Lagos state, they include  Ajao Estate, Alausa, Anthony Village, Gbagada, Ijora, Ikeja, Ikoyi, Ilupeju, Ketu, Lagos Island, Lekki, Magodo, Maryland, Mushin, Ogba, Ogudu, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Omole, Oniru Estate, Oregun, Oshodi, Somolu, Surulere, Victoria Island, Yaba.

If your location is not listed above, kindly provide an alternative delivery address withing the above mentioned area.

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

 

Delivery Window.

We carry out delivery runs twice in a day, and this involves the Early Bird (which runs between 10:00am to 02:00pm), and Day delivery window (running between 04:00m to 07:00pm). All time are stated in GMT+1.

 

Delivery Window Exception

Any order executed less than one (1) hour to a start of a selected delivery window may not be delivered as order. This is because we take care to prepare your product and the timeframe maybe too short to process your order, which will therefore be delivered in the next possible delivery window.
